What You’ll Do:

Manage open roles and coordinate with hiring managers

Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews

Handle background checks, drug screenings, and offer letters in the ATS

Track hiring progress and recruiting expenses

Create reports and assist with HR projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years recruiting experience (required)

Familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRIS

Strong communication skills (phone, email, video)

Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and creative for hard-to-fill roles

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Setup:

Full-time, Monday–Friday, night shift

Must have a computer with a webcam and a smartphone

Compensation:

Salary TBD at offer
