We are seeking a Virtual Tele Chat Support representative to provide exceptional customer service through virtual chat support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via virtual chat

    Provide product information and support to customers

    Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

    Assist with customer feedback collection and analysis

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven customer service experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

    Proficiency in typing and computer skills

    Experience with virtual chat support tools is a plus
