Key Responsibilities:
? Travel Arrangement:
? Assist in booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other transportation arrangements for clients and employees.
?

Research and recommend travel options that align with budget and preferences.
? Ensure all travel documents and itineraries are accurate and up-to-date.
? Customer Service:
?

Act as the primary point of contact for travelers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
? Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience for all clients and employees.
? Itinerary Management:
?

Create and maintain detailed travel itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, and activity bookings.
? Coordinate with various vendors and service providers to secure all necessary travel components.
? Prepare quotes, itineraries and invoices related to travel expenses for client?s to review and agree to.

Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
? Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
