About the position
Responsibilities
- Fulfill, pack, verify and put-away stock equipment and record necessary data for all customer orders and requests.
- Support team members in preparing documentation for fulfillment and shipment tasks.
- Adapt to daily demands and changing priorities as required by the business area.
- Maintain organization and precision with inventory control across multiple business operations.
- Assist in quality control checks and verification as required by company best practices.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain inventory balance information.
- Promote safety and good housekeeping practices in the warehouse.
- Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and assist in leading training as needed.
- Perform other role-related tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of recent verifiable warehouse experience and inventory control.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Solid understanding of barcode scanning systems.
- Prior experience using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Forklifts and Pallet Jacks.
- Ability to pass in-house Forklift Training requirements and certification.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate work efforts with the team.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet short deadlines.
- Must be eligible to work in the US and pass a background check.
