Role details include:</p><ul><li><p>Deliver high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions on our HIPAA-compliant video platform (Zoom) to doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals</p></li><li><p>Use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or Gottman Method</p></li><li><p>Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in our streamlined EHR</p></li><li><p>Incorporate measurement-based tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to monitor progress and improve outcomes</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Independent licensure in <strong>Washington, DC</strong> as an <strong>LMFT, LICSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist </strong><em>(See our</em><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.meetmarvin.com/for-therapists"><em> <u>Careers Page</u></em></a><em> for other states we’re hiring in)</em></p></li><li><p>Minimum of <strong>2 years of post-licensure experience</strong> providing therapy to adults</p></li><li><p>Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders</p></li><li><p>Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week</p></li><li><p>Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace</p></li><li><p>Ability to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools (i.e. PHQ-9) to monitor progress and improve treatment outcomes</p></li><li><p>Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR or Gottman Method</p></li><li><p>Commitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care</p></li><li><p>Passion for supporting the mental health of healthcare workers!</p></li></ul><h2><br><strong>Compensation</strong></h2><p>We value your time and expertise.
As a <strong>remote independent contractor,</strong> you’ll receive competitive hourly pay.
