CarMax is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates should possess a resilient and reliable personality, as well as strong teamwork and research skills...

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about CarMax products and services
- Assist customers with online purchases, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Conduct research to answer customer questions and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed performance goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
