We are seeking a talented Web Designer who combines strong visual design skills with front-end development expertise and a solid understanding of modern digital marketing best practices.
Position Overview
As a Web Designer at Performacentric, you will be responsible for designing and building modern, responsive, high-converting websites, landing pages, and digital experiences. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling user experiences that generate leads, support customer engagement, and strengthen the Performacentric brand.
The ideal candidate possesses both creative and technical capabilities, understands how design impacts conversion rates, and can translate marketing objectives into effective digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Web Design & User Experience
Design visually compelling and highly functional websites, landing pages, and digital assets.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
Develop responsive user experiences that perform seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Ensure designs align with Performacentric brand standards and messaging.
Continuously improve user experience through testing, analytics, and optimization.
Front-End Development
Build and maintain websites using:
HTML5
CSS3
Tailwind CSS
Vanilla JavaScript
Develop responsive layouts optimized for performance and accessibility.
Implement interactive features and user interface enhancements.
Optimize website speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
Digital Marketing Support
Design and build lead generation landing pages.
Collaborate on SEO initiatives and website content optimization.
Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
Support marketing campaigns with web assets, forms, and promotional pages.
Ensure websites are structured to maximize organic search visibility.
Collaboration & Continuous Innovation
Work closely with content creators, marketers, developers, and leadership.
Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for website improvements.
Stay current on design trends, web technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
Contribute ideas that improve website engagement, conversion, and user satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:
HTML5

Tailwind CSS
Vanilla JavaScript
Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites.
Understanding of website performance optimization.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Experience integrating forms, APIs, and third-party services.
