WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Webmaster. Website Assembler with strong client management abilities to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing web content using Adobe Experience Manager.

Responsibilities 

Content Assembly: Leverage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create and publish web content, collaborating with designers, developers, and content creators. Utilize pre-built templates, components, and themes to maintain brand consistency and design standards. 

Content Integration: Integrate text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets into web pages using AEM's intuitive interface. Optimize content for web delivery and responsive design. Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags and keyword optimization. 

Digital Asset Management (DAM): Uploading and organizing digital assets (images, videos, documents) within the AEM DAM. Adding relevant metadata to assets for easy search and retrieval. Managing different versions of assets. 

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough unit testing and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and performance of web content across different devices and browsers 

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues related to content rendering, layout, or functionality within the AEM platform 

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as page load times and user engagement, and collaborate with the development team to implement improvements 

Stay Current: Stay updated on the latest AEM features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance the website assembly process 

Responsive Web Design - Responsible for the overall visual and aesthetic aspects of the website. Create/handle layout, typography, color scheme, and other design elements to ensure the website looks appealing and cohesive across different devices and screen sizes. Follow right CSS , media queries and other techniques to implement the responsive design 

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design or a related field 

Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content assembly and website management 

Proficiency in HTML, CSS3, and basic web development concepts 

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and layout 

Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices 

Excellent communication and teamwork skills 

Problem-solving attitude with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues 

Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines 

Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization is a plus
