Requirements

The requirement for the role are the following:

Native or fluent Latvian language skills

For team collaboration, English proficiency is necessary

Experience in structured interviews (B2B and B2C preferred)

Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Strong accuracy in data collection and detail oriented

Able to meet deadlines and accurately follow instructions

PC (Windows 10/11), headset, and stable internet connection

For seamless project coordination, an active Gmail account and Whatsapp

Bonus but not mandatory: Previous experience in market research, surveys, telephone interviews, or cold calling, and familiarity with online interview platforms.
