WFM Optimized Scheduler Consultant

Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Workforce Manager Practice.

Responsibilities:
• Provide client-side review of WFM system configuration, specific to Optimized Scheduler features
• Provide some 1:1 training, answering questions from client's system administrator to increase confidence in system
• Assist with the creation of job aids, as needed for rolling out the Optimized Scheduler more broadly across their org.
Required Qualification(s):
• ADP Workforce Manager Optimized Scheduler (Advanced Scheduler) expertise
• Solid communication skills
• Documentation skills for job aid development

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity , with an immediate start date. Duration is estimated at 100 hours to start with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort:
Part-time, remote engagement

Working Hours: Client located in PST
