The Wellness Lab is an online coaching company led by Dr. Akanni Salako, PT, DPT, BRM, focused on helping high-achieving women (30–55) lose weight, tone up, and improve their health through personalized fitness, nutrition, and accountability. Our clients are career-driven professionals—nurses, executives, lawyers, and entrepreneurs—who want real results with real structure.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Community Manager
The main purpose of the community manager is to keep the fire alive inside of our Cleint Community’s in Tranierize.
Your job is to inspire, to motivate, to encourage, and to educate our fitness clients when they are struggling, falling off track, or on the other end of the spectrum while they are winning.
You must also understand ALL FEATURES of Trainerize inside and out. Both from the coaches and clients view in order to efficiently host “How To Use The App” calls for 30-45 mins every Saturday at 10am CST.
Community Manager Responsibilities
HOST HOW TO USE THE APP CALLS - EVERY SATUDAY 10AM CST
Walk clients through how to use the app, and answers all questions to ensure they have a seamless client experience.
Help them understand how to track calories, sync third party apps and all features of the app.
The community manager is responsible for hitting ALL posts inside of our Community during scheduled shifts.
Each post is to be hit with thoughtful intention.
The question MUST be answered by the time the community manager is done.
The community manager is responsible for incentivising engagement inside of the Facebook group.
If you find that the team needs a morale boost, make a “CELEBRATE YOUR WINS” post.

• How are you feeling today? Tell me with a GIF
• Let’s celebrate some wins! Tell me your biggest win in your fitness journey this week (doesn’t have to be scale related!)
• #SOMETHINGGOOD… tell me something good below! It can be anything that’s good in your life right now
