WordPress Developer – WooCommerce LearnDash (Immediate Fix Needed) - Contract to Hire

Overview

We run a growing WordPress platform that combines eCommerce (WooCommerce) with an online training portal (LearnDash). We’re looking for a skilled, dependable developer to step in immediately and fix a few critical issues, with the potential for ongoing work if it’s a good fit.

What We Need Help With (ASAP)

We’re currently dealing with a few blocking issues that need fast, clean solutions:

Multilingual plugin conflicts (WPML / Polylang)

- Courses are disappearing or not displaying correctly across languages

- Likely tied to translation settings, post types, or syncing issues

Page builder conflict (ProEditor)

- Infinite loading/preloader when editing LearnDash lessons

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with WordPress core, WooCommerce, and LearnDash

Proven ability to debug plugin conflicts (especially multilingual setups)

Comfortable working with custom code and troubleshooting JS/PHP issues

Someone proactive who can identify root causes—not just patch symptoms

Nice to Have

Experience with WPML or Polylang in complex setups

Familiarity with LearnDash data structure (courses, lessons, topics)

Performance debugging experience

Engagement

This starts as a one-time fix, but we’re looking for someone reliable we can continue working with long-term for improvements, maintenance, and new features.
