**Your Role**

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will be the compassionate human connection that makes our service exceptional. Your responsibilities will include:

* Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally
* Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries
* Accurately documenting call details
* Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation
* Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily

**Job Requirements**

To be eligible for this role, you must:

* Be 18 years or older
* Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
* Have a minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service
* Have reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days
* Be able to type at least 25 WPM
* Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download
* Have a secure, private work area at home
* Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
