What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls and assist with outbound call campaigns
Provide answers to general questions and transfer calls to appropriate departments
Maintain a friendly and courteous communication style with all callers
Record details of all interactions in the company database
Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure satisfaction
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
Exceptional phone and listening skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with data entry and customer service preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
Familiarity with CRM software and database management
