Core Functions
• Conversation: hold phone meetings with individuals who submitted inquiries about life coverage
• Discovery: build rapport and uncover what each family actually needs
• Education: translate plan details into something a regular person can understand
• Decision support: help each individual feel confident about the path they choose
• Continuity: maintain rhythm through thoughtful follow-up
• Pipeline hygiene: keep records and notes current

Background That Translates Well

Former teachers, customer service representatives, hospitality workers, retail managers, healthcare support staff, and parents returning to the workforce all tend to thrive here. Industry experience is not required.
