Job Description
Pay Range: $96,000 - $119,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workday Business Analyst (with Core HCM Time & Attendance and Payroll Management expertise) to join our Human Resources Technology team. This position can be fully remote with the ability to travel as needed to Venice, FL, Harrisburg, PA, and Tacoma, WA.
The Workday Business Analyst will take on the challenge of supporting HR and Payroll business operations by providing optimal and scalable technology solutions. This person will be an integral part of a team responsible for Workday HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll modules across all MITER Brands lines of business. You will collaborate with Functional HR Business Partners and HR COE’s to provide integral support to the Human Resources and Payroll organizations for Workday HCM technology needs across the enterprise.
Establishing strong cross-functional relationships within the HR Technology function and across all areas of Human Resources will be key to you successfully translating business requirements into technical specifications (or consultatively recommending business process solutions based on technical capabilities).
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with a combination of functional and technical expertise along with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical partners.

Configure, test, and deploy changes within the Workday system
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM issues
Develop reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics
Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate Workday HCM with other systems
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst with a focus on Workday HCM
Workday HCM, Payroll and/or Time Tracking certification preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
