Parexel is seeking a Workday Change Management Lead to be the voice and champion of successful Workday system adoption across our global organization.

As our Workday Change Management Lead, you'll be a strategic change architect who ensures that Parexel's Workday HCM platform drives real value for our employees worldwide. This is more than a support role—you'll be a trusted advisor and advocate who shapes how thousands of employees experience critical HR systems and processes.

In this role, you will:
Lead change adoption initiatives that transform how Parexel's workforce interacts with technology, ensuring seamless transitions and positive user experiences across the globe

Craft compelling narratives through multi-channel communications—from targeted emails and engaging videos to interactive SharePoint resources—that help employees understand why changes matter and how to succeed

Partner strategically with Workday experts, HR leaders, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align change tactics with business objectives and technical timelines

Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate the creation of personalized, high-quality training materials and support resources that resonate with diverse audiences

Measure what matters by monitoring adoption metrics, gathering user feedback, and recommending tactical adjustments that drive continuous improvement

Build organizational capability by sharing change management best practices and mentoring peers to strengthen change leadership across Parexel

Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining deep expertise in Workday HCM features, participating in user communities, and identifying opportunities to unlock new platform capabilities that enhance the employee experience

What We're Looking For:

Your Background:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in change management, organizational development, communications, or training—ideally supporting global technology implementations or enterprise system rollouts

Demonstrated expertise with Workday HCM

Proven ability to develop communications and training materials for diverse, global audiences

Strong familiarity with change management frameworks and best practices for technology adoption

Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional, distributed team environments

Your Skills:
Communication Excellence: You write with clarity and impact, tailoring messaging for different audiences and translating complex processes into simple, actionable guidance

Project Coordination: You manage multiple priorities with precision, keeping global initiatives on track while maintaining attention to detail

Technical Proficiency: You're skilled with SharePoint for content management, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and screen capture tools like SnagIt for creating visual training materials

AI-Powered Mindset: You embrace emerging technologies and leverage AI tools for content creation, data analysis, and workflow optimization

Analytical Thinking: You can assess adoption data, identify trends, and recommend evidence-based improvements

Relationship Building: You're a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across functions and geographies

Your Knowledge:
Understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and organizational design

Familiarity with data analysis and adoption metrics

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Workday or HR technology certifications advantageous
