About the Role:
We seek an experienced Workflow Automation Engineer to drive enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives using N8N, Tray.ai, and AI platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise in automation platforms and AI technologies to deliver scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered workflows while working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and automate complex business processes.
 
What You'll Do:
Design and implement enterprise automation solutions using N8N, Tray.ai, and similar platforms

Develop AI-powered workflows leveraging MCP and Gemini Enterprise

Create and maintain system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods

Build monitoring and alerting systems for automated processes

Implement agentic workflows and AI chains for complex decision-making processes

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and design solutions

Document technical implementations and maintain automation best practices

Measure and report on automation impact, including time savings and error reduction

Provide technical guidance and mentorship on automation technologies

Ensure high availability and performance of automated workflows

What You'll Need:
4+ years of experience in application integration development and automation

Strong hands-on experience with N8N, Tray.io, or similar automation platforms

Proven expertise in implementing AI solutions using MCP, Gemini Enterprise, or similar platforms

Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services

Strong programming skills in Python and SQL

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Experience in integrating applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Snowflake, Coupa etc.

Experience implementing agentic workflows and AI chains using multiple AI tools, RPA platforms, or similar technologies

Proven track record of successful automation projects

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications

Experience working in Agile environments

Excellent communication skills with business English proficiency

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and technical teams
