YOUR TEAM

To support our procurement team, we are currently looking for a working student. In this role, you will gain first-hand experience in procurement within an automotive software company and will be an integral part of the team working on the implementation of AI agents to automate procurement processes.  

Our team operates in indirect procurement, combining sourcing expertise with a strong focus on continuous improvement. We already leverage AI agents to enhance efficiency and drive innovation in our processes. You will contribute directly to this transformation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Analyze the current data landscape within Procurement (e.g., contracts, sourcing events, suppliers, cost structures) 

Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps 

Develop concepts for structured data preparation, harmonization, and standardization 

Derive requirements for data models and data structures to enable future AI use cases 

Support the definition of data governance and data quality standards 

Contribute to pilot projects leveraging AI in Procurement (e.g., automation, analytics, forecasting) 

Develop and implement AI agents via Microsoft Copilot 

WHO YOU ARE

Enrolled student in business informatics or similar field 

Initial experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools 

Experience in process analysis 

Interest in procurement 

English at C1 level and German at least B2 level (written and spoken) 

NICE TO KNOW

Remote work options within Germany                             

Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years) 

20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week during the semester break 

Salary: 17,80€/hour
