The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth within the U.S. legal market, with a focus on selling enterprise software solutions to law firms. This is a consultative sales role suited for someone with experience navigating complex sales cycles, building relationships with legal professionals, and delivering value-driven technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS, legal technology, IP management, document management, or workflow solutions into AM Law firms.
Responsibilities
Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across law firms in the United States

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close

Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans

Build relationships with Managing Partners, CIOs, Innovation teams, IP Partners, Practice Group Leaders, and Legal Operations stakeholders

Conduct discovery sessions to understand client workflows, business challenges, and technology needs

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations

Collaborate with Solutions Consultants, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams throughout the sales process

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene

Represent at industry conferences, legal technology events, and client meetings

Stay informed on trends within legal technology and law firm innovation

Requirements
5+ years of enterprise SaaS or legal technology sales experience

Proven track record of exceeding quota in a consultative B2B sales environment

Experience selling into law firms or legal departments strongly preferred

Understanding of legal workflows, intellectual property management, or document management systems is highly desirable

Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders

Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Background
Experience selling legal tech, IP management, DMS, workflow automation, or enterprise software solutions

Existing network within the U.S. legal market is a plus
