Administrative Assistant
Hales Property Management has been an industry leader in property management for over 20 years, and they are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their administrative team. The role involves providing day-to-day administrative support, managing records, and coordinating across teams to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the administrative team
- Help manage and update internal administrative records and documentation
- Help prepare and organize annual reports and related paperwork
- Help manage office supplies and support general office organization
- Monitor shared inboxes and route messages or requests to the right team members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and processing
- Track daily administrative tasks and activity as requested
- Help work through administrative backlogs and ongoing support items
- Take on additional administrative tasks as needed

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with routine, process-driven tasks
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems
