We are growing — and we need a highly organized Administrative Assistant to help keep our systems, data, and processes running smoothly.

Role Overview

The Remote Administrative Assistant will support Performacentrics leadership team with data entry, CRM updates, documentation, scheduling, and general administrative coordination.

This is a high-trust, high-accountability role ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working inside modern SaaS platforms.

You will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & CRM Management

  • Enter and update contact records in CRM

    Maintain accurate prospect and customer databases

    Upload workshop attendee lists and client information

    Manage spreadsheet cleanup and data formatting

    Ensure data integrity across systems



Scheduling & Coordination



  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings

    Schedule workshops and client calls

    Assist with follow-ups and reminders

    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders



Administrative Support



  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

    Organize digital files and folders

    Assist with workshop logistics and documentation

    Support onboarding documentation for new clients

    Help manage internal SOP documentation



AI & Systems Support



  • Assist with uploading content into LMS systems

    Support data entry for AI agents and dashboards

    Help document workflows and automation processes



Tools You May Work In



  • CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

    Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

    Microsoft Office

    Slack

    Calendly

    Stripe (data reconciliation support)

    QuickBooks (basic admin coordination)

    Low-code tools such as Bolt.new or similar platforms



Required Qualifications



  • Based in the Philippines

    2+ years experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles

    Strong written and verbal English communication skills

    Excellent attention to detail

    Strong organizational skills

    Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

    Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel

    Reliable high-speed internet connection



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience supporting US-based companies

    Familiarity with CRM systems

    Experience with bookkeeping or light finance admin tasks

    Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms

    Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies
