Agent Success Specialist (P&C Licensed)
Position Overview:
At Delos Insurance Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated and licensed insurance professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will hold a California Property & Casualty Insurance License and possess previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to redefine property insurance in wildfire-prone regions, offering unparalleled service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver top-tier, unscripted white-glove service via phone, email, and chat.
Proficiently navigate carrier websites, HubSpot CRM, SMS, and other omnichannel functions. Tactfully handle conflict resolutions and expertly de-escalate client situations. Establish and nurture positive client relationships, ensuring all inquiries, cancellations, and confirmations are adeptly managed.
Document daily challenges and corrective actions in the call-center database. Use insights from call-center data to suggest continuous improvement strategies.
Role Objectives:
Uphold Delos' unparalleled standard of client service and support. Drive continuous process enhancements using feedback and data.
Cultivate a thorough knowledge of our insurance products to serve clients effectively.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 year of insurance customer service experience required. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance producer license required in any U.S. state. If not currently licensed in California, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Californian-resident insurance license within 90 days of hire.
Technical proficiency with platforms such as Slack, Gmail, G-Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft 365, HubSpot CRM, Zoom, and more. Stable High-Speed Internet connection suitable for VOIP. Quiet Work-from-Home setup.
Genuine passion for customer service and effective interpersonal skills. Physical capabilities: Regular keyboarding, sharp vision, and ability to communicate using a headset.
