AI Agent Business Analyst
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an AI Agent Business Analyst within our AI Center of Excellence division based outside the Atlanta area. In this role, you will serve as the entry point for AI agent requests across the business. This role will work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs, shape high-value use cases, and translate them into clear, structured requirements for development. This role operates within the AI Collaboration Hub, applying structured frameworks for prioritization, measurement, and governance to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Partnering with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify AI opportunities
Guiding stakeholders in translating needs into clear, practical AI use cases
Assessing opportunities for reuse of existing agents before initiating new builds
Translating business needs into clear, structured requirements for AI agent development
Applying standardized templates to ensure consistency and quality
Ensuring all requirements are actionable and aligned to business objectives
Understanding and documenting success criteria and gather baseline metrics (time, cost, quality, throughput)
Clearly articulating expected business value and measurable outcomes
Applying measurement frameworks and ensure all use cases are linked to quantifiable impact
Supporting the application of a standardized scoring model based on value, scalability, and feasibility
Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to assess impact vs feasibility
Helping identify and surface high-potential opportunities
Partnering with AI agent builders to ensure a smooth transition from concept to development
Providing ongoing clarification and context during the build process
Supporting iterative development by refining requirements as needed
Supporting stage-gated delivery by ensuring success criteria and pilot expectations are defined upfront
Tracking pilot performance against agreed metrics and timelines
Highlighting when initiatives require review, iteration, or escalation based on results
Supporting tracking from idea through to deployment and early impact measurement
Helping ensure alignment with agreed delivery timelines and expectations
Identifying and flag blockers impacting speed to value
Following and contribute to standardized intake and delivery processes
Identifying opportunities to improve templates, workflows, and quality of inputs
Supporting development of a scalable and repeatable AI delivery model
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, or similar
Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation
Strong communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
Structured thinking with the ability to break down ambiguous problems
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs
Value-oriented mindset with focus on measurable business outcomes
Comfort operating within structured frameworks for prioritization and measurement
Professional presence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $50k-$55k.
