About the Role

Leevin is looking for a highly execution-focused, technical, and strategic professional to help build AI solutions, automations, and data structures that support real business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning operational challenges into practical solutions using AI, system integrations, automation, and modern data architecture.

We are seeking a hands-on professional who can quickly build, test, and implement solutions while working closely with operational and business teams.

Flexible working hours, with alignment to the Ireland-based team

Intermediate to advanced English required for communication

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation

Build and implement AI agents and internal tools using modern AI/LLM platforms

Develop automations and integrations across different company systems

Create internal applications, dashboards, and operational tools

Work with APIs, webhooks, and authentication flows

Implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions

Evaluate AI models, tools, and platforms according to business needs

Data & Information Architecture

Design and structure databases and information architecture to support AI and analytics

Model data tables, relationships, and data flows

Build pipelines and integrations between systems

Ensure data quality, governance, and organization

Support the development of data-driven solutions for operational teams

Operations & Product

Understand operational processes and identify automation opportunities

Collaborate closely with teams such as Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, and Facilities

Translate business needs into practical technical solutions

Prioritize deliveries with a focus on impact and speed

Required Qualifications

Practical experience building AI solutions, agents, and automations

Experience working with API integrations

Knowledge of databases and data modelling

SQL experience

Strong hands-on and execution-oriented mindset

Ability to build and iterate solutions quickly

Good communication skills in both Portuguese and English

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Nice to Have

Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, and vector databases

Background in Data Engineering, Backend Development, or Machine Learning

Previous experience in hospitality, operations, or customer experience environments

Experience with modern AI tools and vibe coding approaches

Experience implementing AI solutions in production environments
