Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an AI Engineer to support transforming the federal government with AI. In this role, you will build agentic systems, fine-tune models, and collaborate with various teams to deliver world-class AI solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Experience designing, building, and deploying AI chatbots end-to-end, from requirements gathering to production launch
  • Experience building Tableau dashboards and using system reports to make data easy to understand for end-users
  • Experience using Python to build AI frameworks, JavaScript for AI integration, and cloud services for AI deployment
  • Experience with NLP, machine learning, APIs, and database management to ensure AI chatbots are useful and reliable
  • Experience integrating chatbots with enterprise systems
  • Ability to write queries in multiple languages to extract and integrate data from databases
  • Ability to evaluate chatbot performance using metrics and implement improvements

Skills

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in a Technology field, such as Computer Science or Statistics
  • Experience advising customers on the best way to track metrics and measure success
  • Experience translating business questions into data solutions
  • Experience training clients to use and maintain Tableau or similar dashboards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and creative solution development skills
  • Possession of strong oral and written communication skills
