AI-Native Builder Product Owner
<p><span>We are seeking an <span>AI-Native Builder Product Owner</span> to accelerate entry into new scientific domains by rapidly prototyping and validating application-layer solutions on top of our platform.<br><br></span></p>
<p><span>This role sits at the intersection of:<br></span></p>

<p><span>You will compress the cycle between domain insight and working software — while partnering closely with Engineering and Product Management to ensure production-grade outcomes.<br><br></span></p>
<p><span>This is not a traditional PM or engineering role. <span>You are a builder with domain depth and AI fluency.<br><br></span></span></p>
<p><span>What You Will Do: <br><br></span></p>
<p><span>1. Own a Target Scientific Domain (QC Manufacturing to start)</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Develop a deep understanding of domain workflows, constraints, and regulatory context</span></li>
<li><span>Engage directly with early adopter customers</span></li>
<li><span>Translate domain problems into working software prototypes</span></li>
<li><span>Identify reusable patterns vs one-off requests</span></li>
</ul>

<p><span>2. Build Application-Layer Solutions Using AI</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Use AI tooling to accelerate:</span>
<ul>
<li><span>Code generation</span></li>
<li><span>Workflow automation</span></li>
<li><span>Configuration logic</span></li>
<li><span>Application scaffolding</span></li>
</ul>

<li><span>Produce working prototypes — not slideware</span></li>
<li><span>Operate within defined sandbox and governance boundaries</span></li>
<li><span>Maintain version-controlled, reviewable artifacts</span></li>

Validate Product–Market Fit Through Real Artifacts</span></p>

<li><span>Identify which capabilities merit platform-level investment</span></li>

<li><span>Package validated patterns for refactoring into production code</span></li>
<li><span>Respect governance and integration standards</span></li>

<p><span>Qualifications<br><br></span></p>
<p><span>Required</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>5+ years of experience in software development or technical product ownership</span></li>
<li><span>Strong hands-on coding experience (Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar)</span></li>
<li><span>Proven use of AI tools to build or accelerate software development</span></li>
<li><span>Experience operating in version-controlled, production-grade environments</span></li>
<li><span>Experience working directly with technical engineering teams<br><br></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span>Strongly Preferred</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Deep experience in a relevant scientific domain (e.g., QC Manufacturing, genomics, regulated laboratory environments)</span></li>
<li><span>Experience building configurable or workflow-driven systems</span></li>
<li><span>Familiarity with SaaS architecture and API-driven platforms</span></li>
<li><span>Understanding of regulated environments (e.g., validation, auditability, compliance)</span></li>
