We're looking for aviation professionals and enthusiasts with real-world ATC knowledge to review and annotate pilot-to-tower audio, helping cutting-edge AI systems accurately interpret flight communications and safety signals. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your specialised expertise directly shapes how AI understands one of the world's most critical communication domains.

What You'll Do Listen to and review real pilot-to-controller audio recordings

Annotate ATC interactions, identifying key phrases, instructions, and safety-relevant signals

Flag ambiguous, non-standard, or safety-critical communications

Provide structured feedback on transcription accuracy and contextual meaning

Evaluate AI-generated interpretations of ATC dialogue for correctness and clarity

Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Background in aviation — whether as a pilot, air traffic controller, dispatcher, or aviation professional

Strong familiarity with standard ATC phraseology and procedures

Ability to identify nuanced meaning in fast-paced radio communications
