Job Description
In this work-from-home role, you will be responsible for researching and resolving critical transportation issues escalated by Amazon executives and senior leadership. You will collaborate across multiple departments to resolve delivery failures, lost shipments, or urgent customer concerns while communicating clearly and empathetically with stakeholders. Your problem-solving skills and understanding of the transportation network will help maintain customer trust and Amazon’s reputation for delivery excellence.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities

Proficiency in navigating logistics systems and tools

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive issues

Must reside in the U.S. and have reliable internet access

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve escalated delivery issues and complaints

Liaise with internal teams such as Logistics, Customer Service, and Executive Relations

Draft detailed and professional responses on behalf of executive leadership

Monitor critical metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)

Document case history and insights to improve future processes

Participate in regular team updates and continuous improvement discussions
