Analyst

They are seeking a motivated Analyst to work closely with clients and the internal team, focusing on financial success through responsibilities in accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial analysis, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client affairs managers to deliver exceptional service for a select group of clients
• Accurately record, document, reconcile, and review financial transactions including client bill management
• Manage invoice processing, payments, and transfers
• Prepare and analyze budget reports to uncover spending trends and insights
• Ensure appropriate insurance coverage by managing related processes
• Prepare and maintain client forms while coordinating tax documents for filings

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 1+ years of relevant experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
