Analyst, Performance & Attribution Solutions
Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd. is one of Canada’s top performing asset managers seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst for their Performance and Attribution Solutions Team. The role involves delivering post-trade analytics, collaborating with stakeholders, and enhancing investment processes through value-add analytics.
Responsibilities
- Investment performance calculations, attribution analysis, analytics and portfolio risk reporting across public / private asset classes
- Support sales and marketing requests and provide data for RFPs and DDQs
- Research, propose, and maintain performance measurement and attribution methodologies for existing and new products
- Develop and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide analytical problem solving and troubleshooting
- Identify process improvements and leverage best practices across the team
- Understand new products and ensure proper reporting is in place

- Education – You have an Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics or a related field. You are also enrolled (or considering enrollment) in the CFA or CIPM program
- Industry Knowledge – 1 to 5+ years' experience in the investment management industry or comparable. Any direct experience with Investment analytics or performance measurement would be considered an asset
