Apartment Manager

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Guest Relations & Operations</strong><br />
– Manage all guest communication from inquiry to checkout.<br />
– Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs with timely coordination.<br />
– Respond promptly to guest messages and calls during working hours.<br />
– Coordinate housekeeping schedules and ensure timely cleanings.<br />
– Manage and report damages, coordinating repairs and replacements. – Handle guest issues quickly and professionally.<br />
– Keep Airbnb listings up to date with accurate details and visuals. Housekeeping & Maintenance Coordination<br />
– Supervise and schedule cleaning staff. – Ensure high standards of cleanliness and supply readiness.<br />
– Coordinate turnaround times between guests for maximum occupancy. Social Media & Marketing<br />
– Manage Revivo Escapes’ social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).<br />
– Create and post engaging content about our apartments and brand.<br />
– Use AI tools for caption writing, scheduling, and idea generation.<br />
– Design simple, elegant graphics for social media posts.
Administrative & Miscellaneous<br />
– Maintain records of bookings, issues, and maintenance activities.<br />
– Prepare reports on occupancy, reviews, and performance.<br />
– Suggest process improvements and contribute to guest satisfaction.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong><br />
– Experience in hospitality, Airbnb, or property management.<br />
– Strong communication and organizational skills.<br />
– Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and AI tool familiarity. – Social media management experience.<br />
– Reliable, guest-oriented, and solution-focused.<br />
– Ability to remain reachable and responsive during work hours.</p>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br />
– Airbnb or short-term rental management experience.<br />
– Familiarity with Airbnb host tools.<br />
– Basic photography or video editing is a plus.<br />
– Microsoft tools knowledge Compensation<br />

SALARY – $ 1,300 to $1,400 PER MONTH (Depending on work experience)<br />
