Business Analyst

This is a remote position.</p>
<p>We are seeking a motivated and analytical full-time Remote Business Analyst with at least 4+ years of experience, who also brings hands-on project management exposure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, gathering requirements, and driving projects from initiation through to successful delivery.</p>
<p>You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into effective solutions, while coordinating project activities and timelines to achieve impactful outcomes.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Business Analysis</p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements.</li>
<li>Analyse processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.</li>
<li>Support testing and validation activities by clarifying requirements and expected outcomes.</li>
</ul>
<p>Project Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.</li>
<li>Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.</li>
<li>Coordinate resources and facilitate collaboration across teams.</li>
<li>Support change management activities to embed new processes and solutions.</li>
</ul>
<p>Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting</p>
<ul>
<li>Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and project sponsors.</li>
<li>Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare clear project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.</li>
<li>Maintain project documentation in line with governance standards.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field).</li>
<li>Project Management or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CAPM, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications) will be advantageous.</li>
<li>4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to end-to-end project delivery.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of Zoho implementation experience.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.</li>
<li>Experience managing small to medium-sized projects or project work streams.</li>
<li>Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).</li>
<li>Proficiency with BA and PM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects).</li>
<li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to balance both analysis and project coordination responsibilities.</li>
