<p>Key Responsibilities:<br />
– Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the call center.<br />
– Supervise and support team leaders and call center agents.<br />
– Monitor call center performance metrics such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.<br />
– Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations.<br />
– Handle escalated customer issues to ensure timely resolution.<br />
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.<br />
– Prepare reports and present insights to senior management.<br />
– Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.<br />
– Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.<br />
– Support the implementation of new technologies and systems.</p>
<p>Qualifications:<br />
– 6 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in an ACCM role.<br />
– Proficiency in Arabic and English.<br />
– Experience in government for at least 6 months.</p>
