Associate Infrastructure Administrator (Hybrid)
Tealium is a leader in real-time Customer Data Platforms, helping organizations unify their customer data. They are seeking an Infrastructure Support Technician to provide remote and onsite support for IT-related issues and improve the efficiency of their IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Onboard/Offboard company employees with provisioning of services and assets
- Inventory of Corporate IT assets (MacBooks, Accessories, Monitors, Mobile Phones, etc)
- Assist with logistics of hardware to and from staff of Tealium
- Reset MacBook devices for expected new hires or refresh
- Replace IT equipment for staff within the US and our San Diego office
- Assist staff with general IT support tasks
Skills
- Core degree in a technical field or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in desktop/helpdesk and SaaS administration
- Experience with MDM (Jamf preferred) administration
- Previous experience with identity management (Okta) or other IDP platforms
- Apple-Mac hardware and software understanding
- You proactively look for ways to improve user productivity, provide the data to support and implement improvements
- You proactively look for ways to automate tasks and have users self-serve their needs
- Interest in learning about information technology and working for a tech company!
- General MacOS hardware and software administration knowledge
- Basic knowledge with using and supporting SaaS solutions services e.g. Google, Okta, AI Tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time capacity
