Automotive Warranty Claims Analyst
DOWC is seeking an Automotive Warranty Claims Analyst to join their fast-paced, customer-focused team. In this role, you will assist customers with warranty claims, collaborate with repair facilities, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with warranty service claims
- Review, process, and analyze automotive repair claims with accuracy and efficiency pertaining to our contract guidelines
- Collaborate with repair facilities to gather details, resolve discrepancies, and authorize repairs
- Provide knowledgeable, professional, and friendly support to customers throughout the claims process
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
Skills
- Must have automotive service, repair, and mechanical diagnostic knowledge
- Previous experience in automotive service or warranty claims
- Strong customer service and communication skills—both on the phone and in writing
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
- Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic company
- Experience as an automotive service advisor
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus
