DOWC is seeking an Automotive Warranty Claims Analyst to join their fast-paced, customer-focused team. In this role, you will assist customers with warranty claims, collaborate with repair facilities, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with warranty service claims
  • Review, process, and analyze automotive repair claims with accuracy and efficiency pertaining to our contract guidelines
  • Collaborate with repair facilities to gather details, resolve discrepancies, and authorize repairs
  • Provide knowledgeable, professional, and friendly support to customers throughout the claims process
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies

Skills

  • Must have automotive service, repair, and mechanical diagnostic knowledge
  • Previous experience in automotive service or warranty claims
  • Strong customer service and communication skills—both on the phone and in writing
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
  • Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic company
  • Experience as an automotive service advisor
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus
