Role Overview

Pairty is looking for an Autonomous Systems Apprentice to help operate, improve, and build our AI-driven development and automation infrastructure.

You will work directly with our engineering and product teams on:

AI agent operations
OpenClaw infrastructure
software development
automation pipelines
internal tooling
cloud infrastructure
developer workflows
web3 integrations

This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you will learn by building real systems inside a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Work On

Operating and improving OpenClaw AI agents
Building internal developer tooling
Supporting automation workflows
Assisting with frontend and backend development
Managing GitHub, CI/CD, and deployment workflows
Working with APIs and databases
Testing and debugging systems
Researching AI and automation tools
Supporting infrastructure and cloud operations
Documenting systems and workflows

Compensation

Compensation may include:
