Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier product and service support to consumers, retail partners, and technicians
  • Act as a trusted consultant, guiding customers through product features to help them select the perfect appliance for their home
  • Leverage your expertise to educate consumers on warranties and extended service plans, transforming routine inquiries into high-value sales opportunities
  • Manage parts orders, field stock maintenance, and technical inquiries with speed and precision
  • Help us get better by enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supporting fresh projects
  • Manage consumer profiles and product registrations to ensure every Whirlpool owner feels like a VIP

Skills

  • Fluent communicator in English and French
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Willingness to support partners during day, evening, and occasional weekend shifts
  • Experience in the appliances or consumer electronics industry
