Verify booking information and reservation details before final processing
Provide responsive customer assistance through phone, email, and online communication channels
Help resolve scheduling concerns, booking revisions, and travel-related inquiries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, confirmations, and reservation activity
Stay informed on supplier updates, travel promotions, and company procedures through ongoing learning opportunities
