Business Development Representative
SteerCRM is a company that offers a comprehensive suite of software tools designed for automotive repair shops. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to uncover new business opportunities, conduct product demos, and guide customers through the sales process in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls and lead online product demos
- Become an expert in our SaaS product and target market
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in our CRM
- Use a consultative approach to tailor solutions to prospect needs
Skills
- 1+ years of sales experience with proven quota attainment
- Experience running product demos/consultations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work onsite in Waltham, MA, 5 days/week
- SaaS sales experience
- Automotive industry knowledge
- CRM expertise for pipeline management
- Experience with a fast sales cycle (1-2 call close)
