Schedule: Fully Flexible
Compensation: $250 USD/Montly per client (Recurring Monthly Compensation Model Details below)
Responsibilities
• Prospect and identify potential clients
• Generate outbound leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, cold outreach, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong business relationships
• Coordinate discovery calls and client meetings
• Maintain organized pipeline tracking and follow-ups
Requirements
• +3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruiting, Staffing, Lead Generation, or Account Management
• Strong English communication skills (C1/C2)
• Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships
• Self-driven and highly independent
• Comfortable working in a startup environment

Recurring Monthly Compensation Model
• Earn $250 USD monthly per active client closed
• Fully cumulative compensation structure:
• 1 active client = $250/month
• 2 active clients = $500/month
• 5 active clients = $1,250/month
• No earning cap
• Compensation continues as long as the client remains active (Monlty)
• Long-term residual income opportunity
Extra Bonuses
• Every 5 hires completed:
• Additional $500 USD bonus.
Schedule
• 100% flexible schedule
• No fixed working hours
• Work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Only requirement:
• Attend 2–3 weekly team meetings
