Business Development Representative, GoCanvas
ARKANCE US is a leading provider of AECO technology solutions, seeking a Business Development Representative for GoCanvas. The role involves driving adoption of mobile forms and workflow automation solutions by prospecting, qualifying leads, and educating potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads for GoCanvas solutions across targeted industries
- Educate prospects on ROI of mobile data collection and workflow automation
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach (40–50 calls/day; 80–100 touchpoints)
- Collaborate with GoCanvas Specialist for product demos and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of GoCanvas-related opportunities in CRM (NetSuite)
- Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Sales Engagement Platform, and GoCanvas License Portal
- Coordinate with marketing for GoCanvas campaigns and follow-up
- Stay informed on GoCanvas product updates and industry trends
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for outreach and pipeline development
- Other duties as assigned

Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in sales development or business development
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and digital transformation concepts
- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong work ethic: team-oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results-driven
- Experience with GoCanvas or similar mobile workflow platforms
- Knowledge of AEC&O industry processes and pain points
