Canva Help Needed for Brand Setup

Overview

I am looking for a Canva expert to help me set up a clean, practical Canva system for my business brand. I would like help creating a basic Brand Kit, a few reusable templates, and an organized workspace so I can more easily create slide decks, reports, one-pagers, and similar materials.

This does not need to be a large branding project. I am looking for someone who is good with Canva, efficient, and able to keep things simple and professional.

The initial project will likely take about four weeks at around five hours per week. After that, I may want occasional help with small Canva updates or new materials.

Because my Canva workspace may contain confidential client information, the selected freelancer must be willing to sign an NDA before receiving access to files or folders.

Scope of Work

The project may include:
• Setting up or refining my Canva Brand Kit, including colors, fonts, logos, and basic visual assets
• Creating a few reusable Canva templates, such as a slide deck, report/document, and one-page summary
• Organizing Canva folders and assets so materials are easy to find and reuse
• Giving me a brief walkthrough or simple instructions so I know how to use the templates

Possible Follow-Up Work

After the initial setup, I may need occasional help updating templates, creating new slide or report layouts, fixing formatting issues, or creating additional branded materials.

Confidentiality

The freelancer must be willing to sign an NDA before receiving access to my Canva workspace or any confidential materials. Please confirm in your proposal that you are willing to sign an NDA.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal freelancer has experience with Canva Brand Kits and templates, a clean professional design style, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a modest budget. I would also prefer someone who may be available for occasional future support.
