Job Context

Agilyx delivers ERP and technology solutions that enable long-term business transformation. This role is responsible for delivering Certinia-based solutions to clients and ensuring projects meet defined scope, timelines and commercial objectives. You will work closely with the PMO, contribute to pre-sales activities and support the development of junior consultants.

 

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales

Support pre-sales by leading product demonstrations and contributing to solution design

Provide input to proposals, estimates and statements of work

Identify and communicate opportunities for existing and prospective clients

 

Project Delivery

Deliver Certinia solutions aligned to agreed requirements and acceptance criteria

Provide functional consultancy on product capability and best practice business processes

Configure, implement and support Certinia and associated solutions

Produce key deliverables including functional documentation, test scripts and training materials

Deliver client training sessions and post-implementation support

Troubleshoot and resolve solution and environment issues

 

Project Governance

Manage risks and issues within assigned workstreams

Communicate progress, impacts and resolutions to stakeholders

Contribute to project planning and estimation activities

Align delivery to Agilyx implementation methodology and project standards

Maintain awareness of commercial impact in all decisions and activities

 

Internal Contribution

Mentor and support junior consultants

Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices

Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge

 

Qualifications and Experience

3 to 5 years’ experience delivering Certinia solutions

Certinia Financial Management Cloud and Professional Services Cloud certifications

Salesforce Administrator certification

Experience working directly with clients in a consulting environment

Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK

Degree in business, finance, IT or equivalent experience
