Chief Financial Officer – Veterinary Clinics Network “Zviropolis”
Business Geography:
Ukraine: 6 veterinary clinics (Kyiv)

Poland: veterinary clinics (Warsaw)

Expansion Strategy: Opening new clinics and entering new countries (international scaling). Business model: 24/7 family-style veterinary care.

Role Mission:
To ensure transparent, well-managed, and sustainable financial growth of the group by building an effective financial infrastructure and preparing the company for international scaling.
The CFO is a strategic partner to the leadership team and reports directly to the Managing Partner.

📌 Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Financial Strategy & Management
Develop and implement the group’s financial strategy in line with the network’s expansion plan

Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment activity

Work with various funding sources (banks, partners, investors)

Prepare financial models, forecasts, and analytical reports for management

Maintain strong relationships with banks, partners, and investors

2. Budgeting & Performance Monitoring
Develop the group’s annual budget

Build individual P&L plans for each clinic

Regularly monitor budget execution (monthly/quarterly/annually)

Analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations

Continuously optimize financial processes across the group and individual clinics

3. Financial Controls & Compliance
Build an effective financial control system

Develop and enforce unified financial management policies and standards

Coordinate communication between:
Internal finance team

Clinic operations managers

External auditors, legal firms, and banks

Ensure the accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial and accounting reporting

4. Automation & Digitalization
Active involvement in building a modern tech-driven financial management ecosystem:
Develop an in-house veterinary EHR/CRM system based on Creatio

Implement and integrate local ERP systems across countries

Build a unified management accounting system

Collaborate closely with the CIO in automation, forecasting, and control

Improve data accessibility and business transparency

5. Team Management
Build and grow a professional finance team (accounting, controlling, FP&A)

Establish a collaborative, partnership-based finance function

Create a strong support system within finance for rapid decision-making

Build effective relationships with business leaders in all countries, ensuring unified standards and transparency

📌 Candidate Requirements:
Professional Experience
5+ years in senior financial leadership roles (CFO, Head of Finance)

Experience in international business (ideally Ukraine + EU)

Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, and financial planning

Experience working with banks, auditors, legal advisors, and service providers

Proven track record in finance process automation and CRM/ERP/BI integration

Experience in financial and operational process optimization

Proficiency in English: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level
