Northbridge Financial is a leading Canadian commercial property and casualty insurance company. As a Claims Assistant, you will support claims adjusters by providing technical and administrative services, ensuring claims files are accurate, and managing various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Checking and receiving new claims
- Answering incoming inquiries
- Assisting claims adjuster with administrative tasks
- Sorting and distributing mail and faxes
- Data editing, verification, and reconciliation activities
Skills
- Post-secondary school education or equivalent on the job experience
- Excellent filing, keyboarding and data entry skills
- Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in an office environment is an asset
