Claims - Ops Regulatory Analyst

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is committed to putting people first and is seeking a Claims Ops Regulatory Analyst to join their team. This role involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure effective operations in the Claims Financial unit.

Responsibilities

• Process file copy request
• Issue expense payments
• Provide check copy requests
• Process daily check payment runs
• Log and scan Claims Recovery checks
• Prepare checks for mailing
• Distribute Claims Department digital mail
• Maintain documentations on business processes
• Provide customer support by answering Claims Financials inquires
• Processing tax information so items are reported correctly

Skills

• High school diplomas/GED
• Good communication skills
• Ability to resolve issues through research and communication with supervision and other associates
• Work efficiently to meet service level agreements
• Multitask and prioritize work
• Type accurately and efficiently
• Perform routine daily tasks
