The Client Deliverable Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-quality work by coordinating and preparing client deliverables while supporting project workflows and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for client and internal meetings using established templates and tools
  • Capture meeting outcomes by summarizing key decisions, updating action trackers, and supporting follow-up activities
  • Support project coordination by helping keep timelines, milestones, and deliverables on track alongside the Director and project team
  • Review client deliverables for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and formatting to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Provide short-term coordination support when Project Managers are away, with clear guidance and team support
  • Conduct external research and summarize insights to support client projects and internal learning
  • Develop and document processes, insights, and procedural information in clear, accessible formats
  • Contribute to client-facing and donor-facing materials (e.g., proposals, stewardship content, documentation, business rules)
  • Support internal initiatives including documentation updates, process improvements, and light reporting
  • Participate in annual planning and help refine project frameworks and internal processes
  • Assist with materials for business development and client communications as needed

Skills

  • Experience working in project-based and client-facing environments, ideally within consulting, marketing, or other cross-functional roles where deliverables and timelines are essential
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, with the ability to adapt as project needs evolve
  • A willingness to learn and expand your skill set, with support from leadership
  • A strong sense of ownership over your work, knowing when to ask questions or seek guidance
  • An ability to review and quality-check deliverables, ensuring they meet requirements and client expectations

  • Reliable workload management skills, including meeting timelines and proactively communicating needs
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, slide decks, and word processing tools
