<p>Role Overview</p>
<p>As a Client Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind converting warm leads into booked appointments for high-value cosmetic dental treatments on behalf of our clients. This outbound-focused role is perfect for a proactive, sales-orientated professional who is motivated by personal growth, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about continuously improving their skillset. You’ll make high-volume calls, uncover patient goals, provide tailored recommendations, and confidently secure bookings with deposits.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>Make 90+ outbound calls daily to connect with warm leads who have requested a consultation.<br />
Conduct in-depth discovery calls to assess patient needs, pain points, desired outcomes, and clinical history.<br />
Provide transparent information on treatment options and pricing, securing deposits to confirm bookings.<br />
Deliver detailed patient reports to clients, ensuring their teams are fully equipped for every consultation.<br />
Record call outcomes in our software and provide feedback on lead quality and engagement.</p>
<p>Success In the Role</p>
<p>6 Months</p>
<p>Consistently achieving and exceeding your targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and desire to continuously learn and improve upon your own performance.<br />
Established yourself as a reliable and consistent performer who contributes to client success.<br />
Actively providing valuable feedback on lead quality and processes, helping to improve overall campaign performance.</p>
<p>12 Months</p>
<p>Recognised as a top performer, taking ownership of some of our largest and most valuable clients.<br />
Proven ability to handle complex accounts and ensure smooth, effective lead conversion.<br />
Begin contributing to refining workflows and processes, making suggestions that benefit the team and our clients.</p>
<p>18 Months</p>
<p>Taking on managerial responsibilities, including onboarding and training new CSRs.<br />
Regularly collaborate with the management team to improve systems, processes, and workflows to drive greater efficiencies and success.<br />
Working closely with the development team to provide feedback on our software, helping shape its evolution to enhance lead conversion and performance.</p>

<p>Experience &amp; Skills</p>
<p>Proven experience in a sales, outbound calling, or lead conversion role.<br />
Exceptional communication skills, with a persuasive and empathetic approach.<br />
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high call volumes effectively.<br />
Experience or familiarity with the dental sector is advantageous but not essential.</p>
<p>Technical Requirements</p>
<p>Reliable, high-speed internet connection.<br />
A high-quality headset with a clear microphone.<br />
A computer capable of efficiently running calling and CRM software.</p>
