What You’ll Do
• Build strong relationships with hospital clients and serve as their trusted advisor.
• Ensure smooth operations and resolve revenue cycle issues.
• Lead new client onboarding and project implementation.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and overseas teams in India to deliver results.
• Provide expertise to support software development and implementation.

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of hospital revenue cycle management experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPIC Systems and other practice management platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel required).
• Ability to work effectively with remote and international teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
